Commercial Products
About Us
We are a small, caring family based in Kent. We are nationally recognised as a manufacturer of high quality outdoor play equipment, for both commercial and residential use. Our manufacturing process is carried out from our workshop and offices in Kent, from where we project manage each aspect of the production cycle from initial design concept through to manufacture, dispatch and quality control.
Our Products
We are expert in the manufacture of top quality, tower based, timber play systems for outdoor use. Our products are available in a choice of platform levels and many different configurations, from single tower to multi tower systems, with many joining and accessory options.
Our Service
We will provide you with a top class service, from free site survey, through to free delivery and assembly (subject to site survey). We will provide you with a full proposal and fixed price quotation. Whilst on site we will act with due diligence and conduct and comply with a documented risk assessment. Once assembly is complete we will advise when the equipment is ready for use.
Specifications
Our commercial products are made in conformity with European Standards EN1176. We use joinery grade Scandinavian Redwood from ecologically well managed forests. The timber is treated with a water based, pressure treatment for lasting protection against rot, infestation and the elements. All wood has a smooth planed finish with rounded edges.
Safety
Our products are designed and manufactured to conform to the strict educational and commercial standards, mentioned above in Specifications. These standards and certifications are your guarantee of Maxplay’s dedication to safety.
Fixings
All metal parts including chains and shackles are either hot dip galvanised or powder coated. Screws are counter bored and capped to provide safe play surfaces.
Delivery
Our commercial products are available within 4 weeks.
Guarantees
All Maxplay commercial products carry a 10 year guarantee against timber rot, decay and infestation. Additionally, there is a 1 year guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship. However, as timber is a natural product, surface cracks and shakes can occur and knots may change in appearance; these will not affect the structural integrity of the product.
Product Development
Due to our continuing development programme, we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
